"Jesus answered and said unto him,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be
born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when
he is old? can he enter the second time into his
mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily,
verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of
water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the
kingdom of God."

John 3:3-5
The Word of
God (the Bible) is God’s actual words, spoken
through human authors, for our instruction. It is
our sole authority for salvation, eternity, judgment
to come, and all matters relating to faith and
practice. Below is what the Bible says to you:
1) You are a Lawbreaker. “Whosoever
committeth sin transgresseth the law; for sin is the
transgression of the law.” (1 John 3:4) And see
Romans 3:23 & 13:8-10.
2) You are lost. “For the Son of Man (Jesus)
is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
(Luke 19:10; 2 Cor. 4:3)
3) You are spiritually lifeless - “...dead in
trespasses and sins.” (Eph. 2:1 & 5)
WHY ARE YOU A SINNER? You were born with it
like a heretic disease; a corrupt nature that will
choose evil over good (Psalm 51:5). All men who have
ever lived, including this writer, with the
exception of Jesus Christ, have had this sin nature
(1 John 1:8). We are both sinners by birth and
personal choice. You being therefore a sinner, will
commit sin. Were you taught to lie, hate or steal?
What about pride, anger, and rebellion against
things that are righteous? You are justly condemned
as a lawbreaker, breaking the holy law of God (see
Romans 7:12-14).
WHY YOU MUST BE SAVED. Since you are a
sinner, the wrath of Almighty God abides on you at
this very moment (John 3:36). If you were to die
today, you would wake up in hell, to spend eternity
with other lawbreakers that did not repent (Luke
16:23). You have offended a just, holy God, and sins
demand judgment (Romans 6:23). The Bible says God
cannot look on sin and no sin can enter His holy
heaven. So in your current state, you are condemned
to after death live eternity separated from God.
HOW CAN YOU BE SAVED? In unique love and by
an act of mercy, the God of heaven sent His very Son
into this world to sacrifice His life for those that
would believe in Him. (John 3:16)
The Bible says the world has been given a Savior
(see Isaiah, chapter 53), and this Savior’s name is
Jesus. He lived on this earth for 33 years doing
only good; teaching, healing, and showing us the
perfect example to follow. But the hatred of men
driven by sin, rebelled against His teachings of
righteousness and murdered Him. He was brutally
beaten and nailed to a cross; an innocent, sinless
sacrifice for you and me.
My friend, you must realize that your sin is hatred
against righteousness and against God Himself. The
Bible says that repentance coupled with faith is our
only hope for salvation. You must repent of your
sins (seeing them as the sins that crucified Jesus),
accept Him as Lord of your life as pledging
allegiance to a King, and have faith by trusting His
Word to be truth. You cannot achieve this by any
attempt by your own merit, but only by the grace of
God (Eph. 2:8,9). Beg God in prayer to save you and
wash you of sin by the sacrifice of His Son in your
place at Calvary’s cross.
If you have further questions or concerns, please
contact the church office and we would be excited to
further explain the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
"For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn
the world; but that the world through him might be
saved."
